About The Job
We are currently seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join our team to help us grow our Federal Services Division. The position will include but not be limited to the following:
This position will primarily focus on the support of new federal programs and project work and the continued strategy and marketing of Federal clients.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):

Program/Project Management
  • Perform program management, portfolio oversight, and governance support.
  • Help pursue, and lead, and manage select IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC programs to ensure all work is delivered to both the clients.
  • Collaborate with the Federal Services Division to help evolve and manage near-term through long-term goals for the Federal programs.
  • Help to routinely assess our program strengths and identify areas for improvement.Continually monitor program risks and strive to address and mitigate them.
  • Perform routine communication with key clients to understand their needs, preferences and upcoming program or project work.
  • Coordinate throughout Dudek, leveraging the strength and diverse array of talents of our organization, to most effectively met our client's needs.
  • Ensure that our goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Propose changes and interventions with project teams and leadership, to ensure program and project goals are achieved.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports of program status throughout its life cycle.
DOD Services
  • Actively support the Federal team to anticipate, track and prioritize DOD opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Client Account Plans.
  • Serve as key resource in communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal business development meetings with project managers, subject matter experts, market and practice leads, and office executives.
  • Participate in go/no-go decisions.
  • Support development of new programs to shape the strategic direction of the organization.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the industry, minimum of 10 years' experience in the Federal market.
  • US Citizen, eligible for security clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively multi-task under stress and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated collaborative team leadership and team building.
  • Strategic thinker with high ethical and business standards.
  • Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Working Conditions:
  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
  • This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • This job requires working on a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.
  • This job requires attending meetings, both in person and virtually as well as speaking on the phone with peers, clients, etc. Speaking, hearing and listening are required.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Proposed Salary Range: $160,000 - $225,000 annually*

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
