JOB SUMMARY
The Aviation Operations Fuel Coordinator monitors aircraft fueling expenditures, base apartment expenses, and prepares documentation to review for cost saving initiatives and addressing activity in these functional areas. They track fuel invoices from FBO's, credit card, and bulk fuel purchases. This individual also evaluates apartment contracts and expenses, assists with facility projects, facility drawings, and filing of all reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
*Keeps track of all applicable facility CAR's and status on spreadsheets
*Responsible for the set up and renewal of all approved company field crew apartments and monitors and compares expenses monthly
*Notifies Accounting of any changes with apartment info or detail
*Assists Facilities with projects
*Draws and/or updates fabrication shop visual CADD and Auto CADD drawings for Facilities
*Keeps a log of all invoices and miscellaneous information for facilities
*Monitors fuel and fuel tanks
*Receives fuel tank status report from field bases with tanks on a weekly basis
*Establishes routing plans for the week to fill base fuel tanks to 90 percent based upon fuel reports received keeping in mind cost saving measures for purchases and delivery
*Prepares weekly fuel reports and enters data onto spreadsheets for review
*Files and logs all monthly fuel quality control check and weekly fuel reports
*Receives fuel invoices from airports and from centralized suppliers and enters the information into spreadsheets for end of month reports
*Documents weekly fuel loads from centralized suppliers through bills of lading for a review of any discrepancies and files when review is complete
*Files Tier II reports yearly with the applicable state government, local fire department and the local emergency planning commissions for each base with a fuel system
*Performs other duties as assigned.
