Job Description
  1. Create and design training material, online content and storyboards that simulate problem-solving and on-the-job best practices.
    • Work closely with and support the Staff Development team to create Internal Operations specific curriculum.
    • Ensure the instructional integrity and educational effectiveness of all training materials produced.
    • Demonstrate understanding of adult learning principles, how they best apply to educational products and technological solutions.
    • Apply technical knowledge of authoring and editing tools to create highly engaging, interactive strategies like system simulations, videos, and microlearning segments, case studies, scenario-based knowledge checks.
    • Design performance-based, measurable assessment items which directly align to the learning objectives.
    • Develop time estimates and schedules for designing and delivering learning objects. Work with internal customers to ensure business training needs and project timelines are met.
  2. Collaborate with the Staff Development team and other stakeholders to ensure that existing content and material are kept current and accurate.
  3. Develop and organize learning management system content for Internal Operations.
  4. Stay current on learning technologies and contribute to growth of the team in areas of technology and push-pull learning strategies.
  5. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
