Responsible for providing leadership support within the project scope of work to assist the site manager with mission. Handles general labor administrative requirements to maintain a good tracking of all tasks and deadlines to meet customer needs. Ensures a healthy and coordinated working environment due to the 24/7 management of the project.

• Maintain and be responsible for the whole site cleanup every day, behind all trades on site any given day.
• Shifts are 8 hours; the general labor lead must still be in the know at all times regarding operations.
• Coordination of team tasks and requirements per the site manager's instructions.
• Plan, organize, work, and meet all deadlines.
• General Labor Lead must understand basic data input for periodic operating statements and management information in compliance with government and management directives.
• Ensures all minor and preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment are done.
• Follow through with laborers to load/unload materials, equipment, and laundry.
• Adherence to contract requirements and policies.
• Assist in any work when necessary to accomplish maintenance or other activities.
• Coordinates work schedule for laborers.
• Assigns tasks and leads the laborer crew.
• Estimates manpower requirements.
• Supervises laborers during onsite cleanup at the end of each shift.
• Adheres and maintains safety protocols to make sure safety stays a top priority.
• Conduct periodic safety briefings with crew to address any concerns from management.
• Maintains material inventory and orders parts, materials and supplies as needed.
• Transport, loads and unloads as needed to assist team with mission.
• Performs other related work as assigned.

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Provide Police Clearance - Clear No cases.
• Provide Court Clearance - Clear No cases.
• Possess a Chauffeur License (Auth to drive passenger van 10+ pax).
• Must submit a drug test - negative result (Coordinate with company HR).
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a suitable driving record.
• Obtain and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) as required by contract.
