Overview

LMI seeks an Program Management Analyst to support a DHS program management office for infrastructure and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong program management and consulting skills. Candidates should be based in or near the Washington DC area. This position offers telework eligibility.

Responsibilities
    Support development of all program documentation, including acquisition documents, business cases, reports, and memoranda
  • Develop briefings that clearly convey complex programs to internal leadership and external audiences
  • Review informational materials to respond to technical project inquiries from sources such as Department leadership, Congress, or other federal stakeholders
  • Support the development of comprehensive procurement packages that facilitate timely contract awards
  • With Government approval, facilitate and support internal and external working groups and produce meeting minutes
  • Develop processes and procedures for the client or for the team
  • Support client and team meetings through preparing agendas, developing meeting minutes, and tracking actions and deliverables
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement and communication and coordinate across working group stakeholders and partners
  • Conduct basic research on technical topics as assigned and prepare summary reports of briefings on findings
  • Perform periodic quality control activities, such as peer review of documents
  • Develop project justifications to support budget requests
  • Develop project status reports to track project status, cost, schedule, and risks
  • Identify program risks, provide risk mitigation strategies, and implement overall risk management at the program and project levels
  • Support lifecycle cost analysis and return on investment business cases
  • Travel to project sites, as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant government consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including strong writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Effective problem-solver
  • Work within a cross-functional team toward supporting our client's success
  • This position requires completing a Government background investigation. You must be a US citizen.
