Salary:

Competitive Base Salary & Commission

What does a role as an Inside Account Manager look like?

Hours: Monday - Friday, full time day shift. Calling customers to check in on assortments. Assess replenishment needs and review new items. Build relationships and understand customer's business model and needs. Work with vendors to supply customers with top selling items to maximize turns and profit.

Key results area:

  • Manage all activities of active wholesale accounts
  • Order entry
  • Database maintenance
  • Education on products and categories
  • Contract Price maintenance
  • Receive, return, and initiate phone calls
  • Interact with customers and customer service to resolve any problems that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and other customer communications.
  • Order Entry and follow up
  • Educate self on our products and brands by reviewing materials and resources provided.
  • Maintain accurate account data including shipping addresses, buyers and contacts, phone, fax and emails, mailing type, product or category discounts.
  • Record each contact in Company CRM module
  • Keep all accounts abreast of new products and brands.
  • Keep all accounts abreast of all current specials and promotions.
  • Special projects and other tasks that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

  • Good phone manner and etiquette
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others, person to person and on the phone
  • Excellent data entry skills, ability to enter orders accurately and quickly, complete forms, etc.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to focus and finish each task to completion
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a given situation and/or personality
  • Must have knowledge of, and practical proficiency in, MS Excel and Word to perform daily functions
